Broadband and Wireless Setup

Broadband is a fast, permanent internet connection.

Not only is it 10 to 100 times faster then a dial-up account, it doesn't tie up the phone line so you can make and receive calls normally while you use the internet. You pay a flat monthly fee for an 'always on' connection, so there's no need to dial in to get online. Just turn on the computer and you're connected.

Wireless broadband internet (Wifi) enables you to access your internet and/or share your broadband connection with 2 or more PC's or laptops without running network cables all over your house. This is known as a setting up a wireless network.

As wireless technology has vastly improved, wireless broadband and wireless networks have become more and more popular.

This does bring with it some security risk from viruses as your connection is 'always on' but I will make sure that any network is as secure as possible & even throw in a virus and security check for free.
